Over the years, I have shamelessly cherry picked and curated the best of: Neuroscience, NLP, Occupational Psychology, Sports Psychology, Personal Training, Nutrition & Psychometrics.

This makes a fabulous coaching-curry which allows us to install new habits in different ways.
