A Bit About Me

I am a Learning & Development specialist & Consultant Occupational & Business Psychologist. I'm also certified by the British Psychological Society to conduct psychometric evaluations (RTQU).

I hold the rank of Associate Professor & I have won awards for curriculum design & have 16 years of line management, organisational restructuring, coaching & personnel development experience.

ELITE PERFORMANCE is the golden thread that runs through my entire career. During an international career, I have worked with some awesome people & FTSE100 brands including: St James’s Place, Shroders, Bloomberg, Clear Channel, Sony Music, Kylie Minogue, Christina Aguilera, Adidas, Reebok, Speedo & Warner Bros (Harry Potter franchise) & a couple of Knights of the Realm!

Despite all that awesomeness, it is my early work with the homeless, recovering addicts, refugees & victims of FGM, that has formed my values of compassion, integrity & consistency & I remain active as a volunteer in the charity sector.
